Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- Sugar-free ketchup and mustard, for serving
Instructions:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
- Season the cooked beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, to taste. Mix well to incorporate the seasonings.
- Once the beef is fully cooked and seasoned, remove the skillet from the heat.
- Divide the shredded lettuce among serving bowls, creating a bed of lettuce in each bowl.
- Spoon the seasoned ground beef over the lettuce in each bowl, dividing it evenly.
- Top each bowl with halved cherry tomatoes and diced red onion.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each bowl.
- Optional: Microwave each bowl for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
- Serve the Cheeseburger Bowls with sugar-free ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping or drizzling.
Tips:
- Feel free to customize your cheeseburger bowls with additional toppings like pickles, avocado slices, bacon bits, or jalapenos.
